At Bookmybhajan, we strive to ensure a divine and seamless experience for your spiritual events. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following policy to manage cancellations and refunds fairly.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the customer.
Why this policy exists: When you book a bhajan sandhya or event, the artist(s) commit their time exclusively to you and may decline other opportunities for that same date.
Change of Mind: Refunds are not applicable for changes in personal plans, family schedules, or venue availability.
2. Cancellation by the Artist / Platform
In the rare event that an artist or performer is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (health issues, travel disruptions, etc.):
We will attempt to provide a replacement artist of similar stature and style.
If you do not wish to accept the replacement, a 100% full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Force Majeure (Acts of God)
In cases of extreme weather, government restrictions, or national emergencies that make the event impossible to hold:
You may reschedule the event to a future date within 6 months at no extra cost (subject to artist availability).
If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund or credit note may be issued after deducting non-recoverable costs (e.g., travel bookings already made).
4. Refund Process
Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, please email us at [BookmyBhajan@gmail.com] with your Booking ID and reason for cancellation.
Timeline: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Mode of Payment: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card).
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds will be issued for “No-Shows” or if the event is delayed due to the host’s side.
Technical glitches at the venue (power failure, poor sound system provided by the host) do not qualify for a refund.
