Welcome to Bookmybhajan. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Bookmybhajan acts as a specialized platform connecting organizers/individuals with Bhajan singers, musicians, and spiritual performers. We facilitate the booking, scheduling, and payment for these spiritual events.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

• Confirmation: A booking is considered “Confirmed” only after the receipt of the full payment or a designated advance deposit as specified at checkout.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on the duration of the event, location, and specific artist requirements.

• Taxes: All applicable government taxes (GST, etc.) will be added to the final booking amount.

3. No Refund Policy

As stated in our Refund Policy:

• All payments made by the customer are final.

• No refunds, partial or full, will be provided for cancellations initiated by the customer.

• In case of artist unavailability, Bookmybhajan will provide a replacement or a full refund at its sole discretion.

4. Host Responsibilities (Customer Obligations)

To ensure a successful divine event, the customer (Host) agrees to provide:

• Venue & Permissions: Securing the venue and obtaining any necessary local authority permissions or loudspeaker licenses.

• Stage & Sound: A suitable stage/sitting area and sound equipment (unless explicitly included in the booking package).

• Hospitality: Basic hospitality (water, seating, and a washroom) for the artists and their team.

• Conduct: Ensuring a respectful environment for the performers. Any harassment or mistreatment of artists will lead to immediate termination of the performance without a refund.

5. Event Timeline

• Punctuality: Artists will strive to arrive [30–60] minutes before the start time.

• Delays: If the event is delayed due to the host (e.g., late start of rituals), the artist is not obligated to perform beyond the scheduled end time. Extensions are at the sole discretion of the artist and may incur additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

• Any audio or video recording of the performance for commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Bookmybhajan and the artist.

• Bookmybhajan reserves the right to use snippets of public performances booked through the platform for promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Bookmybhajan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• We are not responsible for power failures, poor acoustics of the venue, or external disturbances that may affect the quality of the bhajan sandhya.
